1. Shipping Destinations: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, covering all major cities and remote areas accessible by PostEx.

Processing Time: * Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation. * Customized or specially stitched items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at the time of order.

3. Delivery Time (via PostEx): * Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): Estimated 3-5 business days from dispatch. * Other Cities/Remote Areas: Estimated 5-7 business days from dispatch, depending on location. * Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public holidays, logistical issues with the courier). We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.

4. Shipping Charges: * Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. * We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.

5. Order Tracking: * Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing a PostEx tracking number. * You can track the live status of your shipment directly on the PostEx website using this tracking number.

6. Delivery Process: * PostEx will attempt delivery to your provided address. If you are unavailable, the courier may try to contact you. * If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be held at a PostEx facility for pickup or returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Parcels/Missing Items: * Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect it immediately before signing the delivery receipt. * If you notice any damage to the packaging or suspect missing items, please inform the PostEx courier immediately and contact our customer care team within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD): * We offer COD as a convenient payment option. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
