The Styleon: Easy Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority at The Styleon. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be exactly what you expected. Our aim is to make your return and exchange process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Our Policy at a Glance:

·         7-Day Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

·         Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact, original packaging, and free from any perfumes, stains, or damage. Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

·         Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation is required.

·         Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or a wrong item was sent. Please check the specific sale terms at the time of purchase.

·         Customized/Stitched Items: Due to their personalized nature, customized or specially stitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Reasons for Return/Exchange:

1.      Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.

2.      Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

3.      Size Exchange: If the size you ordered doesn't fit (subject to availability of the desired size).

4.      Change of Mind (Applicable for exchange only): While we strive for accuracy, if you simply wish to exchange an item for a different style or color, we can facilitate this, subject to product availability and our discretion. A re-shipping fee may apply.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2.      Provide Details: In your message, include:

o    Your Order ID

o    Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange

o    Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "Defective item," "Wrong size," "Exchanging for different color")

o    Attach clear photos of the item if it's defective or incorrect.

3.      Confirmation & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with clear instructions on how to send the item back to us.

4.      Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

5.      Shipment:

o    For defective/wrong items, we will arrange a pick-up or cover the return shipping costs.

o    For size exchanges or change of mind, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our address: [Your Return Address]. We recommend using a traceable courier service.

6.      Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check (usually within 3-5 business days).

o    For Returns: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit/voucher. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to reflect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

o    For Exchanges: If approved and the desired item is available, we will dispatch the new item. You will be notified of any applicable re-shipping fees.
